Crashed with a boulder - story of pain at TIPO Cup 2007

Part I.
Sunny Saturday. Middle distance event. I started quite late wich was lucky because of the bushes.
Did a good warm-up, went to the start, and I just heared the sound 'beep'. Good tempo at the beginning, controls OK, some small mistake to 5th no problem I got back to the race, I saw the flag early at 8th, 10-14 OK, but then...
I was running down the hill at 15 and heared a big SCRATCH. Oh no. I almost fell down from the pain I felt. I began to feel freeze, and could hardly breathe. I've hit my knee to a big boulder. I know my race was over, I didn't even know what to do.. I decided not to give up but was very painful, like a horror.
I jogged to 16th, and than I tried everything with my one leg and my adrenaline in my head, I tried to push it hard till the very end with my only healty leg.
The result doesn't matter but.. I couldn't bend my foot after I've finished running. I didn't know what will come tomorrow or could I run or not.
But than came just the sweet Sunday race and the pain story will just now continue for me...
