Blue Tit chicks have left the nest

I was awoken this morning at 8.20am. My Mum rushed into my room and said quick come downstairs. I thought something was up. So I rushed down only to find a baby blue tit on the patio step.
It had flown from the box and its first flight it hit the patio door. It
was okay, just sitting looking around. So we took a few piccies in excitement and it still sat there. We were concerned that it didn't know where to go as it looked cornered by the mini greenhouse thing. So I grabbed a walking stick and tried to give it a gentle shove off of the patio step. Except that only made him flutter and sit on the stick. So we gave the stick a little shake and he flew away onto the fence.
We were watching the chicks come one by one. They all took the same route out of the box - from the box to the house wall tiles (apart fromt he one who hit the window, lol) , then to the fence then to the pear tree lower branches. They then climbed up the pear tree branch by branch and onto the fir tree. We reckon there were maybe 6-7 babies (with one or two maybe more in the box still as I type this).
During this time the mother kept going to each baby on the tree and feeding them. I guess she starves them to leave the box and once they leave she feeds them again. She kept flitting from one baby to another keep feeding them but was no longer feeding the chicks that remained in the nest - to spur them to leave for food maybe?
