Booked my ticket today to see the new star wars film on Thursday lunchtime. I wasn't really interested in going to see it at the cinema but I haven't been to the cinema for about 8 years or so, so thought why not.
I was surprised that the cinema is not sold out of tickets by now seeing as it is a highly anticipated film but of all the showings (one an hour), only 8pm was booked out for the whole of the next week.
The cinema has 6 or more screens and is not showing any more films after Thursday and only has slots for starwars. Methinks maybe they over-estimated demand.
