Is There a World Outside the Internet?

All this internet malarky has changed my life somewhat but its getting to a point now where a person need never go out of their house. Great for disabled people who cannot go out, but not good for able bodied people who simply get addicted. lol
Weekly shopping can be bought online, bills can be paid, I can even pay the council tax online (although I won't as they are incompetent taking payments over the counter, I dare not risk an online payment). Goods can be purchased, simply anything that can be purchased on the high street is available for home delivery for those who can't or won't go out.
It makes life a breeze, but is it taking over our lives?
