Bangkok - Baiyoke Tower

In the center of upmarket tourism, at the top of the Baiyoke Tower, do names of cities get an article.

Uhm... sorry, I think the article 'the' was for the Roof Deck, not for 'the' Bangkok.
It's correct, in English.

In English construcion, and in this case, Bangkok is used as an adjective, and has to be put in the first place, like 'Middlesummer night dream' or 'Twin towers' (we don't say 'twins towers').

Look at the Italian translation:
"Benvenuti al tetto girevole a 360 gradi di Bangkok"
Welcome = Benvenuti
Al = to the
revolving = girevole
di = of
We put the name of the city in the last space.
