About me

I'm basically retired but work part time as a maintenance person on residential and commercial properties, performing light duty maintenance. I once had my own maint. business for about three and a half years, but was forced to abandon it for a while because of lymphoma. I endured the chemo and I am in full remission now for going on 5 years. I still feel good and try to exercise about 2-3 times a week and eat healthy. My total strength and endurance is good but not what it used to be. I've been told many times I don't look my age nor sound like the typical person my age. I know I don't think or feel like I'm that old! I am honest, caring, loving, empathetic of others and am currently separated. I live by myself, no pets or close friends ever call or visit so I get pretty lonely sometimes. I'm open minded and always try to think positively about the future.

My work

As mentioned above, I do part time maintenance work consisting of electrical, plumbing, drywall repairs and carpentry repairs. I try to keep my jobs small and manageable, since my endurance is limited. I pride myself on the quality of my workmanship, and work on other's properties as if it were my own and will not be satisfied with incomplete or substandard quality, until I get it as perfect as possible. I enjoy what I do and therefor my reputation has been spreading through a small community of very good clients who refer me to there friends and therefor I need no advertising expenses, and always get paid well and usually make more then I expected, because of there satisfaction with my work and work ethics. I'm friendly and trustworthy, and yet professional.
