Finance crisis…..
Last night, when I heard television news, I have been known that, currently, the tendency of people who educated and working abroad are coming back to Vietnam to work and devote for their motherland. And the percentage of application job increases about 37% in comparasion with the same time last year. This trend goes on raising in the next time. It just could be stopped if the finance crisis came to an end.
But… if global economic crisis hadn’t happened, would they have come back to their native country to work and devote? Nobody know…
However, that is a good information for the firms inside. Because almost of the people who educated outside also are talented people and,… of course they have many many strong points than people educated inside. At least, they have strengths in using foreign language fluently, having confident, professional style….
Anyway, thanks to crisis, companies in Vietnam have more changes to recruit more brilliant employees.
Hôm qua, nghe bản tin thời sự, thấy bảo rằng, do khủng hoảng kinh tế, những người được đào tạo và đang làm việc ở nước ngoài có xu hướng trở về nước để làm việc và cống hiến. Và đơn xin việc từ những người được học tập ở nước ngoài vào các công ty trong nước đã tăng 37% so với cùng kì năm ngoái. Và xu hướng này sẽ ngày càng gia tăng trong thời gian tới.
Nhưng liệu, nếu ko có khủng hoảng kinh tế toàn cầu, liệu những người này có trở về nước ko?
Nhưng dù sao, đây cũng là một điều đáng mừng cho các công ty trong nước. Vì đa phần trong số họ đều là những người có tài năng và dĩ nhiên, họ có lợi hơn những người được đào tạo trong nước ít nhất về mặt ngoại ngữ và phong cách làm việc tự tin, chuyên nghiệp…
