Hien tuong ban mo ta, ban co the vao Settings > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Disk Managment kiem tra lai xem o dia USB cua ban co bi trung ten (Drive Letter) voi o dia nao do khong (CDROM, o dia mang, mot partition nao do cua o cung...).

Neu bi trung thi chon Change Drive letter de doi sang mot ky tu chu cai khac khong trung voi ten cac o dia con lai. Neu khong phai la nguyen nhan tren, thu lam mot trong cac dong tac sau:

1. Remove cong USB trong Device Manager va khoi dong lai may de Windows Detect va cai dat lai cong USB. Kiem tra lai xem da duoc chua.

2.Cai lai Windows, trong truong hop khong co dia Driver Mainboard thi can luu toan bo thu muc Windows dang su dung va cac du lieu quan trong sang mot partition khac tren o cung. Cai lai bang phien ban Windows dang su dung, khi can cai cac thiet bi phan cung, thu vien cac file driver nam trong cac thu muc da luu cua Windows cu thuong la: WINDOWS\INF\ , WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ , WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\

3. Neu ban da co kinh nghiem trong sua chua may tinh, thao vo may tinh xach tay va tim Jumper tren Main de Reset lai Bios (hoac thao pin Cmos de mot luc roi lap lai) 4. Neu lam tat ca cac dong tac tren khong duoc thi can mang may den dai ly bao hanh, sua chua cua hang cung cap thiet bi.
