Biggy Steves' Blog Madness

update!

Well this blog is pretty much dead, but I just saw the "Fat Butt and Pancake head" South Park episode again the other day and man it is hilarious. This is the episode that made me start watching SP again after like 5 years of not paying attention to it at all. Pure genius, I tell thee-

Stronger, (gondola) and more properer

, ,

So back from Norway yesterday after a few weeks hanging with SPZ and all the Oslo massive. I also had a brief hiatus to Ireland as well last week, but that was for w0rk (and naturally included the drink.)

Fy faen, talk about another three week drunken party after which my body recommends a proper dry-out. It was great seeing all the peeps and I will be back to Oslo soon. The South of France in June shall be the next meeting of the great drinkers however.

Vegas baby, VEGAS

So I was out in Las Vegas last week and man was it a good time. My first visit to Sin City and I wasn't sure what to expect. I didn't see any Elvis impersonators unfortunately, plenty of really hot hookers though-:D

I stayed at the Mirage which was quite nice and some decent gambling. Some real nice shops at the Forum in Caesar's Palace btw. But all in all I lost about 150$, mostly at the roulette table(of which I am quite the n00b- I hear craps and blackjack are the best odds). I visited about six hotels on the strip and the Mirage was probably the best to stay at, at this point, cause of the chill factor: the rooms were a bit old though.

New York, New York was pretty phat as we had invites to a VIP party on teh second floor of the Nine Irishman bar there the first night, which was good craic. Anyway bottom line is Vegas is like Amsterdam, more than a few days and you start to get bored really. But it was way cooler than I had thought, the place is crazy. I'll be back there in April so, bo selecta!

EXTRAS: Season 2

So I know it first aired in the UK last September 14, but HBO here stateside has started showing Extras Season 2 this evening. Great Odin's Raven!, it is hilarious. Continuing the plot from 2005, Andy is now shooting his pilot for his sitcom for the BBC. Class comedy once again and I was cracking up at all the subtle humour. I saw some of the previews from the next episodes and looks like we're in for another genius effort by the Gervais/Merchant duo.

Rome started last night as well, HBO is finally back on for Sunday nights

So Long 2006...

Another year has past, wtf. It was 1999 like five mos. ago, it too often feels like.

2006 was a great year though personally, as was 2005, and saw me in a few different places with my new move to Louisville from my short-lived tenure in Chicagoland and the arrival of my new whip as well. Back to w0rk tomorrow actually after 10 days holiday.:clown: This getting older "bidnis" needs to stop, I tell thee. :chef:

Nonetheless, "Glücklich ist, wer vergisst, was doch nicht zu ändern ist" as they say.

Happy New Year!:hat:
