As everyone's favorite vampire girl, Lily Munster.
Yvonne DeCarlo (born Peggy Yvonne Middleton) had a long career with Universal but her one TV series role as Herman Munster’s doting vampire wife in The Munsters seems to have over shadowed everything she did. She did plenty of westerns and adventure films and was glamorous in them all I am sure. Of course she was perfect as Lily Munster and the TV series was a smash. Her Lily was done in the same sexy spooky queen of the dead mode that spawned such ghoulish sirens as Vampira, Mortica from The Addams Family and Elvira. It was a great character but she did a lot of other things worth checking out as well.
