Binweevils Adventures

OK so a quick introduction. I have two kids and they could not be more different. They're both into very different things and it is certainly rare that I can ever pin them down in the same room at the same time.

So when they both started to play Binweevils with friends at school I lept on the chance to make it a frequent thing. I love that they both have active lives but Binweevils is an educational kids game and although I think it might be a little young even for them I'm glad they're actually enjoying something together.

So to that end we're going to start running this little blog together to share our adventures in the world of Binweevils. If you want to join us you can make an account for yourself over on the registerpage.

We're already two weeks in and both boys have Tycoon membership because it gave them something else to work on (their new magazine we're calling the New Bin Express). But the game has all sorts of cards, stickers and toys. I don't mind getting them the books and magazine each week because at least that offers some reading but other than that we're not buying them anything else for the game because that can really add up! They're allowed the cards if they put their pocket money into it but other than that they can get the codes form websites like this one.

So far they've just been getting used to the game and trying to talk their father and I into joining with them. We might have to plan something like that one night if I can borrow a laptop from work but for now they're on their own (with supervision of course).
