... Localized dense fog and icy conditions this new years morning...
Wet ground and light winds has permitted areas of dense fog and
icy Road patches to develop across the area this morning. Motorists
should exercise caution on the roads early this morning as
visibilities will be reduced to just a few hundred yards in some
areas. Additionally... although the roads may look just wet... a
patch of ice could unexpectedly result in slippery conditions
especially on untreated surfaces.
