The Liquid Tension Experiment reunion should be one of the best news of the year. They gathered to play Nearfest and then went to BB King´s where they played two shows, this is the late show. Great audience recording, as usual there is some people chatting between tracks but nothing serious.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for DT/Levin/LTE aficionados. Leon, tell me how does this one compare to the NF show?

Same set list I saw in recent Nearfest, I dunno if this one is the first or the second gig they did that Monday at BBK. Sound is very good considering it's an audience recording and I think this reunion deserves a new official release very soon. Gershwyn's Rhapsody in Blue was arranged and rehearsed by LTE in less than a week before this tour started at Nearfest X on June 21 and the result is an outstanding piece of symphonic prog that can only be compared to previous classics arrangements as Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition(ELP) and Night on Bald Mountain(Fireballet), Bach's Bouree(Jethro Tull), and Grieg's Hall of the Mountain King(Rick Wakeman) along with a few Bach and Beethoven wonderful arrangements by Ekseption.
