She meets Sam, a businessman, who has to pretend he has a family in order to close a business deal with mysterious Javier Del Campo. As the owner of the company that Kathleen works for, Sam convinces her to help him out. But, Campo is more than he seems and it's Zoe who's making the real deal to get a new home for herself, her mother, and Sam.

The Family Man.
Jack Campbell (Nicholas Cage) is a career driven man who has everything until Christmas Eve when he intervenes in a convenience store holdup. On Christmas morning, Jack wakes up with a new life, one where he is married to his college sweetheart (Tea Leoni), has two children, and is a tire salesman. The Family Man is a romantic holiday comedy that will warm your heart.

The Bishop's Wife.
Busy campaigning for the construction of a new cathedral, a bishop (Cary Grant) has become distant and neglectful. This holiday season marks a new low, and it looks as though nothing short of a miracle can help the bishop's wife (Loretta Young) save her marriage. A miracle, or perhaps an angel... Cary Grant plays the angel who comes to earth in this heartwarming Christmas fantasy. The Preacher's Wife, starring Whitney Houston, was the 1996 remake of this classic.

The Shop Around the Corner.
One winter, a romance blossoms between two anonymous pen pals (James Stewart and Margaret Sullavan). Little do they realize that they already know each other (and hate each other) in person! As Christmas draws near, the two decide to meet, but can their love conquer their hate? This lovely, romantic film was the inspiration for the Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks comedy You've Got Mail.

White Christmas.
Crosby and Kaye are song-and-dance men who hook up, romantically and professionally, with a "sister" act (Clooney and Vera-Ellen) to put on a Big Show to benefit the struggling ski-resort lodge run by the beloved old retired general (Dean Jagger) of their WWII Army outfit.

While You Were Sleeping.
On Christmas Day, Lucy (Sandra Bullock) saves the life of a handsome stranger, Peter (Peter Gallagher), who falls into a coma. At the hospital, she is mistaken for his fianc�e by Peter's relatives and is welcomed into the family. With no family of her own, Lucy cannot resist acting the part of daughter-in-law during the holiday season. The illusion would be complete except for one tiny problem: Lucy is falling for Peter's brother, Jack (Bill Pullman). This delightful romantic comedy is a perfect pick for a winter evening.

Remember the Night.
This romantic comedy about the tentative courtship between a beautiful shoplifter and the prosecutor trying to put her in the hoosgow -- just not during Christmas -- is a wonderful holiday gem. Starring tough yet tender Fred MacMurray and streetwise yet fragile Barbara Stanwyck, this Preston Sturges-penned jewel has enough zany elements and dark undertones to make this what some consider to be a noir screwball comedy.

Untamed Heart.
It's another lonely holiday season for Adam (Christian Slater), a painfully shy young man. Orphaned and cursed with a heart ailment, Adam has never allowed himself to get close to anyone. That is, until he notices Caroline (Marissa Tomei), a waitress at the diner at which he works. After he rescues her from a violent attack, she begins to notice him, too. A movie about finding love in unexpected places, this one is sure to touch your heart.

Mixed Nuts.
Starring Steve Martin, Rita Wilson, Juliette Lewis, Adam Sandler
In Venice Beach, California, on Christmas Eve, the oddball staff of a suicide help-line center are going berserk. If wacky, wildly funny humor appeals to you, check out this off-the-wall holiday film, directed by Nora Ephron. From the ukulele-playing neighbor to the transvestite groupie, every character in this film is a "character." This hysterically funny movie is also a heartwarming, romantic comedy.

One Magic Christmas.

Body language, the physical movements and gestures that convey our emotions, is more powerful than spoken language. According to experts, our non-verbal body language represents 50% of what we communicate, while or tone of voice represents 38% and actual spoken words, just a mere 7%. We often don't even realize that we are communicating when are bodies are sending out messages. Because body language is the most important communication factor between potential mates, it's important to recognize the messages that we are sending out and the messages that are being towards us.

So what does this mean for you and your relationships?

If you watch a couple that is deep in conversation, you'll notice how they:
Shift their positions so that they mimic one another. They are generally relaxed, mirroring one another.
Shift their breathing patterns as they conversation moves on.
Adjust their voice volume to match the other person's.
If you understand the basics of body language, you'll pick up these signs making you more aware of how your dates really feel and aware of what non-verbal cues you are sending out. Body language is more than just a quiver or a shiver. It is comprised of many cues that include flirtatious gestures, facial expressions, eye contact, and body posture.

While both men and women use body language as a means of communication, women generally send five times more sexual body language signals than men.

A few of the more common body language cues include:
Personal Space. One of the most important body language cues to watch out for. If he or she enters your personal space, this is an excellent sign that they want to get closer to you. If they enter to quickly, they're more aggressive and you may not want to pursue it further.
The Arm Cross. Not a good sign. This generally means that he or she is not interested and it's time to back off. Anytime you're in a conversation, crossed arms signifies caution and defensiveness.
A Smile. A smile eases the tension. It indicates friendliness, a positive attitude, a good mood, and the impression that you're fun to be with.

Flirting & Conversation
Conversation plays an important role in the flirting process as it is the time when you actually get to know more about one another. The overall goal is to find out if the other person is right for you.

They key to good, flirtatious conversation is to remember that men and women think differently. Either way, make sure you:
Listen attentively.
Find common ground. The most important aspect of your conversation is to find out what you have in common, be it hobbies, friends, jobs, or whatnot.

Humor, Love, Funny, Story ...

Humans have a long history of kissing. Europeans kiss both cheeks. Parents kiss their child's cheek. The Intuit rub noses. The french kiss by...

. Kissing, both casual and romantic, is a common practice, but but we really don't know where or how it began.

There are several different theories as to how kissing all began:
In ancient times, a mother would chew up food and pass it directly to the mouth of her baby. What started as a sign of affection between mother and child most likely spread to romantic relationships. However, some cultures had the same practice of passing food to their children, but knew nothing about kissing.

Some believed that our souls lived in our breath and that kissing brings your soul together, thus combining you together for eternity. This is a romantic theory, but not really one that can be proven true.

Kissing gets you close enough to your partner to smell their scent, giving you knowledge of the person. Animals practice a similar behavior by rubbing against each other.
The theories are just that though. There is no proof or record of where and how kissing originally began. We do know that Europeans were kissing during the Greek and Roman times. It also appears that some form of kissing may have started in India as there are texts from around 1500 B.C. that describe the custom of rubbing noses together, now commonly referred to as 'Eskimo Kissing'.

While we don't know for sure when or where kissing first began, the reference to 'Eskimo Kissing' supports the theory that kissing gets you close to your partner in order to pick up on their scent. When you inhale your partner's scent, you subconsciously learn a lot about the other person by their smell. As we previously noted, most animals engage in a similar behavior.

It seems then that the modern romantic kiss most likely evolved as a way of unconsciously testing the genetic fitness of a potential mate. While this may be the underlying reason as to why we began kissing, it's not really the main reason as to why we continue to practice it. The reason is simple: it feels good, it evokes feelings of passion, and it's a physical connection between ourselves and our partners.

However the kiss began, we're thankful.

Humor, Love, Funny, Story ...

I don't have a problem with people who use the word woman or any of it's variations, but as far as I'm concerned, the word is girl. I agree with all the reasons for not liking the word "woman", but all the misspellings of it just look to me like...misspellings. Womyn, wimmin, wymyn, I've even seen wimmen, which makes no sense at all. I don't want to offend any girls who use these terms, but I think it just looks silly. A word spelled wrong just draws twice as much attention to itself, and I think it just defeats the whole purpose. Why alter a word that you don't like? Why not just stop using it? As Karen from Bi-Girl World wrote me once, "I like the term 'girl' because it's absolutely free of any male suffixes." You don't have to change it, just use it. I also think that there're a lot more connotations attached to the word "woman" by society. Girls can play and be tomboys and dress how they like. So I say, I'm a girl. And proud of it!

No one actually knows why people dream. Doctors have theories though. One theory that doctors have is: When you are at school, home, or somewhere, there are so many things that are going on that you don't think about during the day, night, etc. When you sleep, in other words dream, you think about all of the things that have happened. Also, during the day or night, if you are worried or upset, or feeling something about someone, something, etc., it all comes out. You think/ dream about it when asleep.

When people ask doctors and/or scientists," Does everyone dream?" Scientists and/or doctors say no. Some say that they are not sure. Some people don't dream. They can skip the 1st stage of sleep: REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep. Scientists and/or doctors don't really know why some people can do this. But they can.
