I wrote this from your pups point of view

Look at your home threw my eyes (threw the eyes of a pup), will this chew (now toy to me) get lodged in my throat if I can rip it apart and swallow it?
Exposed wood, tell me no, if you see me chewing it, it’s probably been processed with lots of chemicals and will harm me if I digest it.
White fiber is not in my diet plan (paper towels/toilet paper).
I can be very destructive, but if you tell me no, no, no or uh, uh, uh, and mean it, I’ll learn it’s not what you want me to do.
I love to play tug of war with ropes or strips of old towels put a knot in it, so you have something to hold onto (and let me win sometimes so I can prance off and feel proud).
If my teeth are in the rope toy, please don’t pick me up off the ground, I like to keep my teeth as long as possible thank you.
I’m your baby, keep all and especially harmful chemicals out of my reach ability.
I will learn that as much as I don’t like a leash and collar, that it’s for my safety, I’m safest by your side
I can add so much to your family, if you keep me safe, sheltered and fed.
I don’t need to have a collar that cuts into my skin
And remember, I’m a growing pup, what length fits me today around the collar, can be too tight tomorrow, check often, ask my new vet what the proper tightness to use, if you don’t know.
If you pick me up off the floor, hold me close and keep my feet pointing down, I’m still a baby and I need security.
Please don’t let any children pick me up walk or run with me, even a few feet from the floor can damage me internally, break something, make me bleed, I don’t like, it hurts too much. Children can sit on the floor and play with me, I like that, and I feel safe that way.
Some plants are very dangerous if I eat them if you have any on the floor or some where I can reach, please make sure to know which ones are safe for me to eat, or keep them up and away from my ability to eat them.
You like chocolate, so do I, it tastes yummy, but I can die from eating it, so please make sure I don’t get any, ever
Small objects can get lodged in my throat, if you don’t pick them up, I will, and probably I will try to eat them.
I like to be with you, you keep me safe, I’ll keep you safe.
I do poop and go wee-wee a lot as a puppy, sometimes 5 times before noon even… look for the signs I have to go if you don’t know. Place me some where more private, I don’t like anyone to see me going (hosta type plants or behind bushes, I really like (so I can hide)).
I learn quick, so if you’re consistent with potty training me, I’ll not let you down.
Remember, my breeder is NOT a vet, please don’t ask her issues you should be asking our Vet.
I liked my breeder, and she liked me, it would be nice you send pictures of us to her from time to time.
I could sink in a pool so make sure you keep me supervised at all times when I’m around pools.
