WORKING EXPERIENCES
2001-2002: Environmental Scientist, Environmental research and consultant company, Earth Systems Lao, Vientiane, Laos. Broad responsibilities are to
- Provide technical input for site visit, field work and water quality monitoring at Sepon Mining Gold project in Savannakhet province, Laos.
- Conduct local village surveys and aquatic fauna study in connection with a proposed minesite in Savannakhet Province, Laos.
- Liaise with sub-consultants and Lao government representatives on project issues.
2000-2001: Assistant Supervisor, Ground water development, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Project, Vientiane Province, Laos. Broad responsibilities are to
- Provide technical and logistical input for the ground water development in Vientiane province, Laos.
- Monitoring ground water quality from newly constructed sand filtration system.
- Interpreter and facilitator between senior Japanese engineer and local Lao engineer.
