My OperaKEW GARDENS - London 24/06/2006

SO, After all of those hectic weekends, it was time to slow things down a bit and smell the roses (Literally)
Nick, Jinnie, Jo and myself missioned off on train and bus to the Royal Botanical gardens (KEW gardens is the name and bus stop) where we grabbed a quick bite in the local store. Then, off to Tescos for sweets and beer.
Upon returning, we popped into the palm greenhouse to see the tropical exhibition.
It was so hot in there,I almost passed out. 32 Degrees c, on the middle level, and a heck of alot hotter on the top level which makes it difficult to breath, but it is very pretty looking down into the in-house rain forest. On the bottom level, and aquarium with a small range of tropical fish and Sea horses.
After the green house we set up camp on a picnic blanket in the rose garden, and took a stroll smelling the roses. There was a huge selection and the gardens were kept well.

Anyway, its 12am, and I am really nakkered, so I will clean this terrible blog up soon.
