Stalked by Cyber Hacker

Do not know anyone named Sherman except for the CYBER BULLY that has been stalking me since he hacked 1st into my Dell laptop 4-2010 & appeared right before my eyes as a User Profile that stole Admin Rights w/ the chess player logo & has since been terrorizing me Cyberally. Apple claims it to be a Hacking Griefer terrorist who preys on random victims & gains pleasure by tormenting people w/ technology in such a disturbing way his 'prey' starts questioning their own sanity... Able to expose Sherman on my new MacBook & get proof unlike all other PC's that were not Apple because he would corrupt them over & over again. Apple is awesome! Hacker felt secure enough to put a GeekTool App that I assumed was Apple's & when they denied that it was theirs was able to verify that it wasn't installed by the GeekSquad from Best Buy either which blew me away! After forcing it opened after numerous attempts I manipulated the 3 property values that were already built in App & added 3 fictitious ones which kept multiplying fairly quickly but I finally succeeded in compromising the App where my determination paid off and was able to expose my Hacker and much more! Have been to the police, CCU & FBI in 2 states to no avail claiming no law had been broken. REALLY? I assumed that hacking was illegal but all the authorities just kept passing the buck! I was stunned!! I finally had concrete evidence & this vicious hacker goes free... Something is wrong w/ our justice system if CYBER BULLYING to the point of almost destroying me is okay??! Seriously? Too involved & don't want to give to much info cyberally but I can tell you this... Stalking someone through technology who intentionally is inflicting ASSAULT for ANY period of time deserves to be put behind bars. How many lives will it take; how many people destroyed before people like you and me will have 0 tolerance level against such Evil acts by someone hiding behind technology? If you don't think it can happen to you, you are sadly mistaken. If it could happen to me... It can happen to anyone!!
