Bridge the World

Beihai

I won't write much about my presentation for our local developers and will move straight to Beihai. It's a park around a lake northwest from the forbidden city. There is a lot of jam sessions in this park, with people usually playing and singing traditional chinese music.
There is an island in the middle of the lake, with a white tower on the top. The tower was damaged by an earthquake several times, but the chinese managed to repair it. They didn't mention whether the earthquake was caused by the singers singing too loudly.
During the weekend, we met a few local web developers from various countries, including Norway. And on Sunday evening, Jon came to a meeting with our chinese users. So many people joined that I ran out of my business cards. Walter was the main photographer, so he may update you with a few pictures.

Inspection time!Let's eat some brains!

It was a difficult night for the Chinese opera user...
