Describes how to turn on unicode support in mailto URIs. Also describes why, for legacy support, you should use HTML entities for unicode characters in mailto URIs in HTML pages.

A UserJS script for Opera to make clicking on mailto links open in your webmail. It defaults to Gmail, but you can set it up for any webmail that supports composing from a URI.
