So, let's talk regarding the Briargate Area, it's near Consentrate over the Family and just To the north of Colorado Springs. There are lots of large corporations to work at near there, plus its near to the USAF Academy.
That comprehensive area has experienced several growth, it's amazing really, there used to get nothing there, as most people drove down I-25 using Castle Rock, Colorado. Before retirement I saw it gotten to know the place well; in fact some of our company, a cleaning group, had franchisees with various accounts in Colorado Arises, we washed for Longer Auto Dealerships, did concrete cleaning at the Olympic Village, washed race trucks for any Pikes Peak Race, washed cars at HP, Compaq Pcs, Cray Computers, Pioneer Stone and Sand, Penske Leasing, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Embry Riddle Aviation, etc, etc.
Even through the recessionary downturns there had been money flowing there. For example, Colorado Springs has a few seasons, so you will need to like that, and it would tough on a produced and raised Floridian. In Colorado Springs they throw sand associated with the roads in winter, totally messy, good for any vehicle wash business!
These area has rolling hills, sometimes windy there. The individuals are great, really friends together with family types, I believe as a result of conservative attitude, Christian influence along with the military base, so it would be a good place to be able to your teenage sons and daughters out of trouble, I suppose, and yes that's something that a parent of this area would probably share.
