Changelog v0.82->v0.91:
New functionality:
- Pressing keyboard shortcut when no text is selected, and no input has focus, will translate the whole web page.
- Pressing keyboard shortcut also closes translation

New look and feel:
- Selected web content is now shown with original formatting in a draggable window.

Problems fixed:
- Fixed cases where selected text would not be translated
- 'Ctrl+' has been renamed to 'Cmd+' on Mac OS
