More Chicago

The sun is beautiful today as it cascades its lost rays off the skyscrapers' reflections And bounces itself directly to my face.

The cluttered buildings finally have fallen apart the closer I arrive to Lake Michigan, which I have only perceived from a distance.

I have no stress today. Just walking. Just being. Just taking photographs with friends. Drinkin' a margarita in a coffee cup on Wabash and Wacker. Watching the Chicago river flow next to the riverboats, the cars on a two-lane road, and the train directly above.

At one point, I sat on the concrete next to some popular bank and gazed at some Trump building yet to be completed. I looked like a bum with IPOD speakers plugged into my ears. As I sat on the concrete, I could fill an earthquake-like shaking from the subway in the concourse. This kind of shaking does not happen usually when I sit in the grass somewhere, even though bugs, rodents, and other animals quietly shift beneath the grounds.

Subways below. Trains above. Water below. Streets above. Skyscrapers. The Sky. The bountiful Lake Michigan.
