I came to the conference room, just to learn that again, the second time in a row, our Mediation training was canceled because there were not enough people.
Please, come to the training!
More than half of us, intentionally, never attended any Mediation training meeting. You always said that it was stupid , because YOU THOUGHT that it was stupid. You always said it was such a waste of time and you had better things to do.
Why didn't you think about our director, who had asked, and paid, the trainer to give us the training, for our own sake? Why didn't you think about the trainer, who had to go all the way to the school? Why didn't you think about the trainer, who had spent his time preparing something FOR YOU, and what he got in return is the empty room with no one came to the training he was preparing for them?
Whether you like the training or not, please, first of all, attend it! When you have an appointment, you can't abandon it just because you don't feel like going, can you?
If you really think it's useless, then please tell Mauricio or tell the trainer himself. But you didn't! All you did was just intentionally boycott it, thinking that you were doing the right thing, and you were independent for not doing what people told you to do. It's not about that! You wasted somebody else's time, whereas all you had to do was going into the room and listen.
Please stop that childish arrogance! Please show respect to others, show a little gratitude towards what others are doing to you! Please be considerate and be responsible! Please come to the training!
