for years we know the reality that the more you use your brain, clever your are.but doing the same thing, kill the waterful time didn't practice your brain,it just make you skillful.
what kind of activities will make your brain in good use.here is same suggestion from Daniel .G.Amen.
1.make yourself concentrate in learning new skill.
Albert Einstein had said learning sth for 15 min everyday, you will be an expert in one year.it's also a way to make you successful.
2.learn sth funny,brandly new to your life.
chess,dancing,yoga will be great for you
3.exchange your job with your classmate.
you will definitely learn sth new in the new position, it will wide your thought too.
4.try new method in your daily job.
it will find ways for efficient,and make your brain more healthy and strong.
5.keep the hours you spend before TV.
the direct video images kills your imagination, and it also hurt your healthy.
6.limited digital games
those games stimulate the same part of your brain as cocain,it make you dedicated in it,and you might be more violent.
7.take part in a reading team
it forces your to be responsible to your reading.
