This blog entry is for the men desiring to move far beyond small physical contact with women at bars and parties or just getting one nighters, it's about moving you toward having a girlfriend or consistently dating a woman.

Others brag that they discovered the best routine for attracting the opposite sex, but mostly it's all hype (and it's going to cost you $$$). We both know that you're wiser than that, and have found out already that winning female hearts isn't as easy as flipping a $1,000.00 light switch or gurus like Neil Strauss (aka Style) probably wouldn't have created an online community around the subject. "The Split Journey Routine"

All of these directions below should be given to the woman to aid her in performing the exercise.This exercise was designed to aid in finding and solving big life sticking points. Now, ask what hurdle is in your life? What do you want that's not currently yours? By the time you've realized the problem you are ready to start.

First take a great and deep breath in and next breath out. Allow each atom of breath to escape your body and you will then as a reflex take another deep inhale. Do this again four times and as you perform this breathing notice your heart rate slowing and notice your muscles are more relaxed. Envision that you're walking on a path in the woods. Arriving at a fork where the path turns into two possible ways.

OK, now recall exact moments in your life when you were unable or were held back from being happy because of a very specific problem. Allow yourself to experience all the bad energy that was caused in your life because of this. While accessing these emotions and memories, give thought to the sections of your physical body affected by this particular problem. Did any muscles become rigid or tense up? Did you breathe faster? Did your pulse race?

The changes in your body are the form of the negativity your specific problem takes in your body. Realize now that all of that negativity is a greenish yellow haze escaping from your chest OUTWARD and ONTO the first path. As it leaves, you are calm again. Your breathing is normal. Your muscles are limp.

Now think of a future time beyond the moment that you have beaten this problem. You've won! You've realized your goal. Take in this world around you. What is there to see? What can you hear going on? Assign sensations to the senses of hear, taste, and smell that are associated with this new life. Then take those sensations and put them on the other path. Excellent.

At this point you've only been imagining, but NOW you're going to truly SOLVE your challenge. To aid this solution, the initial step is to build up a road block that inhibits your movement down the first path.

For example, there may be something in your life that you need to get rid of in order to keep yourself off that path. It could be an item that feeds your problem, or maybe even a person who is a bad influence. Do what you have to do to make sure you don't travel in that direction. This isn't something you should decide on later. You must set this road block up immediately before any further damage is done. For the final and most important step you must give yourself the perfect vehicle to travel down the second path. Overcoming this challenge is important so why not have every advantage in the world? Are there some new people you can surround yourself with that could serve as this vehicle? Is there some item or tool that will serve your purposes? Don't put this off for one second. Take the first steps you need towards securing your vehicle right now.

Remember the paths you imagined do not only live in your mind. By making progress with your block and vehicle your actual future will be the one of the good path. Now that you're at the completion of the routine you'll need to calibrate. Usually, because it was such a long and serious moment you're going to want to end with humor. Put your hand out and with a wide grin announce "That'll be ten dollars." Then have a chuckle before moving to the next piece of conversation.

Your next topic of conversation might be about what her problem was, along with what blocks and modes of transport she devised. If she's willing to share this is a good indicator that much trust and rapport was constructed. Remember, of course, that when she opens up, you should do the same and allow her similar knowledge of you.

This routine won't zap her with some sort of magical love spell, but if you end up doing the exercise, the joke, and the follow up conversation it will be quite the bonding experience.
