From April 2005 until June 2012 I worked for Opera, but the opinions here are my own. Often, Opera and I actually agreed. This blog was written following Opera's employee blogging policy.

My resumé is available, and you can search for 'chaals' on the Web, follow my occasional twitter feed, or even read this blog...

Some time like 2010 I started a twitter account, and in mid-2012 I started a second, russian-language twitter account. In November 2012 I also started another blog (we'll see if I maintain one or both...).

Actually, there are a number of times I agree with the company - I work for them because I like what they do, and sometimes I am the one who decided a particular policy smile But this is *my* blog, not Opera's, so it follows that these are *my* thoughts, not Opera's...

I especially agree with Opera on Fridays at work though. They put on drinks and snacks for us, so we stop work at 5 (well, just one last email or commit first... wink ) and have a social session. Good thing in Oslo...

@FrankConan, I am not sure that there are many vacancies at Opera for drawing and constructing images. However, as a growing company we do hire people in all sorts of areas - see our job ads for the current vacancies.

@leoleo, @hreyes, well, someone has to work there smile But yeah, I enjoy it as a job.

I think when you choose working for what you like, your views very much coincide wth the views of company you work for. and that's good. you want to share and so on. because if you work for someone your views are not coincide, it is just mental torture...
