Movies on my HTC

Finally managed to get divx videos to play smoothly on my HTC P3470 today.
I first tried the Sompy Media player, but it kept saying either " so and so codec not found" or "direct draw error" blah blah...(its supposed to be a really good player, but anyway i cant get it to work for me)
finally i tried
TCPMP (The Core Pocket Media Player) and it works like a charm! Its basically part of an opensource project, and has all kinds of codecs available to download as well.
I used
Sompy MovieEncoder 1.0.0314 to encode the files,coz it does a good job of that atleast.
Now i can watch kungfu panda on my pda!
