Even Paradise is Affordable Now

Fixed mortgage rates have fallen to their lowest levels in 60 years, giving Americans plenty of incentive to buy homes or refinance their loans. I just read on MSNBC that Freddie Mac said the rate on the 30-year fixed loan fell to 3.98 percent from 4 percent the previous week. Seven weeks ago, it dropped to a record low of 3.94 percent, according to the National Bureau of Economic Research.

Now is a best time ever to purchase Hilton Head property. If you're looking for a second home, an investment property, or to relocate and buy a primary home, don't miss this golden opportunity. Don’t be one of the people who one days says “I wish I’d have bought Hilton Head property back in 2011 when it was truly affordable!”

Everyone agrees that life on Hilton Head Island is living in paradise. A beautiful island in the U.S. where the weather is a balmy, subtropical climate all year round. You'll have everything you need on this 12x5 mile wide island where there's a variety of Hilton Head property for sale. The largest barrier island off the Atlantic coast between Long Island and the Bahamas, Hilton Head is located 40 miles north of Savannah, GA, and 90 miles south of Charleston, SC.

If you’re in the area at the time you won’t want to miss the Old Town Bluffton Christmas Parade taking place on December 2, 2011.
