u think some one loves u so much ur there whole world then bam they throw u away like u mean nothing .guys n girls please make sure of ur feelings b4 u go and hurt the person u or they love u so much make sure u knw what u want b4 u in too deep every1 has feelings its hard to mend a broken heart. i knw my heart has been ripped out twice n been tramppled on as i write this blog i sit here with tears streaming down my face.communication love trust honesty n belief are the key elements to a healthy realationshi its not nice to be hurt by sum1 u love it really hurts!

in life we often take things for granted.not realising the value . we take for granted our life styles a warm bed cooked meal and are fussy in what we eat or wear not stopping to think hey theres people out there who dont have this what can i do to make a difference in someones life. We also take for granted the love of people and dont realise it until there gone ,then our eyes are open and seen what has happened and some times we cant fix it because its to0 late .never go to bed angry always try and sort things out ,if its with a loved one no matter how angry you are,treat every moment you have with them like its your last because you never know what the future may hold .
