Inside the cave Jan 2009. We visited this cave again during my second field season and there were 30 something hyrax inside. (My camera had decided to quit working by this time, so sadly no photos). Hyrax are I guess the size of a fat domestic cat, maybe a little bigger and look somewhat like giant guinea pigs, but they are not rodents and are closely related to elephants.
