My OperaOpenBSD ftp-proxy for internal FTP is suitable for vsftpd but not proftpd

OpenBSD ftp-proxy for "internal" FTP will change the source ip when transmitting data, therefore proftpd will generate error log such as "address mismatch", which may not be easily handled. AllowForeignAddress option for proftpd.conf cannot solved my problem.
vsftpd will generate "425 Security: Bad IP connecting.". This could be solved by adding:
pasv_promiscuous=YES
to vsftpd.conf and restart it.
