Hot Pot Vegetarian weekend

Here is the recipe for 4 servings:
ingredients:
4 dl Russian Yogurt
4 tablespoons olive oil
150 g white cabbage
100 g cauliflower
100 g red onion
100 g carrots
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon sambal oelek
½ teaspoon sweet chili powder
½ vegetable stock cube
1 can of soya beans
½ red pepper, diced
1 avocado
rice
Procedure:
Cut the cabbage, carrots and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Share flower pin in small bouquets.
Sauté the vegetables in oil for 2 minutes, along with paprika powder.
Fixed Place yogurt, sambal oelek, vegetable broth and sweet chilli.
Let it simmer for about 4 min.
Till Then the sliced peppers and soya beans and let the pan until the vegetables småputre feels fit crispy.
Serving tips:
Serve with boiled rice and avocado into chunks.
