Stormy Weather
Friday, 17. August 2007, 03:23:01
A "Super Typhoon" is heading toward Taiwan and China.
This is the weather dot com satellite view, if you want to see it:

Copy and past it.
I hope it will dissipate soon!
Here is a map that I made to show that it is far away from me, but near Southeast China, and Taiwan. They rank it a category 5 typhoon. After it hits Taiwan it will drop to a Cat 4 and hit China.
If it gets all the way over to me (doubtful) it will be weakened to a tropical storm. These tracks usually turn North, not West.

These are the same, but which will work for you best, I don't know...
=============
The last of the storm has passed. It did turn Southwest, and brought days of thunderstorms to Shenzhen. This morning had the last of the windy rain saying "Good bye, have a nice day."
Only a few thunderbolts, just to celebrate the tour of China, I guess...

The folks in Xiamen are going to get the direct hit.

Please do take care..
I hate thunder storms!!!

The thunder here lately seemed louder than usual as well.
Maybe our hearing is improving!
(Look at the bright side, right?)
Ha ha Hitesha!
I really like your little blue face under the chair! It hasn't gotten that bed here yet, and I hope it doesn't
did you see the movie about "Killer Lightening?" I forgot the real title. I guess there is a lot of support for the idea that Earth will take care of itself. (against human environmental harm...)

I will. I hope you take care too. Modern society is also dangerous, especially for young ladies.
You be careful!

It is really awesome to see how big the typhoon became even though it is no longer a typhoon. I stretches between Shenzhen and Shanghai, which is 1191 kilometers or 740 miles or 643 nautical miles.
This is about the same as the distance from Virginia Beach to Tampa
which is 1153 kilometers or 716 miles or 623 nautical miles
