THE WORLD IS A GLOBAL VILLAGE

The war against terrorism, War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity in this world can be won if all countries in this world co-operates with the International Criminal Court(ICC). It is a sad development that some african leaders are deliberately refusing to co-operate with the International Criminal Court knowing that themselves are likely to appear before ICC to answer different charges against humanity and war crime charges - just to mention a few - this is giving african continent a bad image which is being viewed by non African Countries.
But even if the refusal is an attempt to be independent from "rich nations" as most of them call the developed countries, the trueth is that as in their african countries in which they are called leaders(presidents) -meaning their countries are not without leaders - the whole world is also a global community(village), not without leader(s). If it were so, former iraq president is still alive. And also if it were so, the most wanted terrorist who committed a great crime in America - that affect and still is affecting the whole world - is still alive, that is having mention a few. And as God chose these African leaders to be leaders of their countries, the same God chose what they call "rich nations" to lead the world, from the time the world leadership come into being, that is from bible times.
God thought it wise that the world can not be a better place without leaders from the time mankind was first pronounced 'a sinner'. And having talked about this, i agree with the person that come up with the word "the world is a global village" surely not without leaders.
Let me talk about terrorism. If we are to fight against terrorism and win the battle, like we have to fight against war crimes and crimes against humanity, we as a global village can not win the battle if some nations in this global village choose not to co-operate with the ICC for selfish reasons. Terrorists stays with us in our communities, they do not stay on other planets, let us all nations(countries) of the world co-operates with the ICC to win the war against terrorism in this wonderful world Which the wonderful creater, created for as to live in peacefully.
As the major theme of this page is "Some children are victims of marriages", does mean that 'some children are not victims of marriages' this also becomes another major theme of this page called 'MARRIAGES'.
An example that can justify the latter theme, is the effects of refusing to co-operates with the ICC by some African Leaders. The people - that is including children - becames victims of the results of the refusal, these are the people who can not earn enough to make their lives move on smoothly.
Opera community as a global village, is made up of individual members which can be likened to people of the world in this case. It is also made up of individual groups which are controlled by Group Moderators, these groups can be likened to countries of the world which are ruled by presidents(leaders). And the whole community is controlled by Community Moderator(s), who make sure that the community operates smoothly - that is making sure that none abuses the community and making sure that the community operates as it is was intended to. The community moderators can be likened to 'bigger and rich countries of this world'.
It is not a difficult process to be followed in order for one to became a member of Opera Community.

in my conclusion
In my conclusion i would like to make it clear or emphasise that this world of ours which the wonderful creater, create it for us is a global village, not without leaders. All we need to do is to co-operates with these leaders and probably work together with them in order to make at least this world a better place for living.
