Is Opera faster than the speed of light?

Some might say yes, but our phones have been ringing off the hook since the researchers at CERN (where our Chief Technology Officer Haakon Wium Lie used to work) conducted the OPERA experiment - and discovered a particle that was able to move faster than the speed of light!
"Yes we probably have the fastest web browser in the world, but it is not faster than the speed of light. This is a hard thing for a guy like me to say, but I definitively see that we need to clear this up", says Christen Krogh, our Chief Development Officer. "Our researchers have been experimenting with a lot of avant-garde stuff, but on a totally different level than our friends at CERN", he continues.
The Opera researchers Odd & Even Johansen has not been seen around the offices since their last experiment, but we're sure they'll come up with something new soon. In the meantime, enjoy their world record potato speed test:

So the hardworking devs on our side have been working to fix THE ENTIRE Amazon content portal with browserjs tweaks. It's not done yet but a lot of stuff should work better after the recent patch set.
