It's Wednesday. Known as RELEASE ALL THE THINGS day at Opera. First of, we have an important security update for Opera: 11.52. It fixes a security issue. This might be the last release we do before Opera 12 - so make sure you grab it from www.opera.com/download/ or trough auto update (click Help » Update).
At Up North Web, we showcased a cool demo of the new Device API coming to Opera. This allow communication between our browser and webcams - even on mobile!
The best way to test this is probably by downloading the labs build. Then get ready to blow your mind repeatedly:
These Opera Labs releases support CSS Paged Media created by Håkon Wium Lie. This allow desktop browsers to navigate webpages in a whole new way. We suggest you take a look at the demo and find inspiration!
