Adventurer and traveler Ian Wright is always on the move - this week finds him in a part of Europe which has been part of empires East and West - from the Ottoman Empire to Austria-Hungary. It was also the host city for the Winter Olympics in the 1980s. Do you think you know the city? Then submit your answer!

that 1980 clue is troubling much... In such case, it should be 1984.
