Where in the World is This

After spending the earlier part of the summer touring Europe, Ian Wright heads to Latin America for this week's edition of our world travel mystery tour. Which city is he in?

It is the capital city of the largest country in Latin America. Also, it is also one of the world's youngest cities, dating only to 1960! Think you know where in the world this is? Then submit your answer here for your chance to win this week's prize!
