Fanboy

Outside Opera there's a guy on a chair by the front entrance. He's dressed in an Opera cap, wrapped in a blanket and equipped with a Mac and an iPhone.

Why are you sitting outside Opera?

Hello! My Apple-sense started tingling this weekend, and I have a feeling that a new version of Opera for Mac will be released tomorrow.

So, why are you sitting here to get it? Can't you just download it from opera.com tomorrow?

Eh... Everyone knows that you get the product faster if you camp outside.

Right... Who are you talking to on the phone?

My partner in crime who runs a very popular online Maczine. I'd love to give you the URL, but it's for iPeople only.

Allright, there you have it folks. We don't have an "Apple-sense", so I guess we are confirming that a new version of Opera for Mac will be released tomorrow morning (Tuesday, April 27).

By the way: Where can I get the Opera sticker that you can see on the MacBook?

According to http://www.opera.com/browser/next/ the beta should be shortly after the release of 10.52.

According to that timeline the beta for Linux would be released shortly after beta 2 for mac and long before the final release on mac...
