Whether you're a developer or just an advanced user of Opera, you may already know about all the useful information available over at dev.opera, our dedicated resource for those of our users whose work is the web.
If you haven't been over there for a while, there are two new articles to check out. The first article about JavaScript and Opera Mini explains howto deal with some typical issues with JavaScript, such as problems with animations, as well as pages taking too long to load.
When the pages in question are forms, part of the issue may be server timeouts. The second article looks at using XHR2 (an application programming interface, or API) to adjust timeout settings, as well as to manage other types of requests and data transfers.
Got questions about JavaScript, or something else in Opera you want to discuss? Head on over to our developer forums, and get the in-depth info about the nuts and bolts of the browser!
