Your new Facebook Speed Dial

,

Facebook Preview provides instant notifications every time you open your Speed Dial! No more refreshing Facebook every minute, just browse and your Speed Dial will notify you when it's time to check Facebook. Thanks to Milan Korenica for this awesome extension!

We love all the nifty Facebook features, except perhaps for the new Facebook Chat. Facebook Chat Sidebar Disabler works exactly as advertised. Install, get the old Facebook chat, profit. Much love to Vittgam for this gem!

Imagus

, ,

Check out Imagus, an Opera extension intended to complement image features that Deathamns feel is missing from Opera by default, or add new features that are useful.

I've tested it and I can honestly say that I'm impressed. It adds many useful new features to Opera. One thing I like is that you can simply select a text link and get a live preview of the image:

I've disabled the cursor tooltip to avoid the image URL to appear in front of the picture. You can also do this from "Preferences" » "Advanced" » "Browsing" and uncheck "Show Tooltips".

Anyway, give the extension a try if you're looking for new image features in Opera. Please let me know if you know of any other extensions out there that should be covered.

Pro tip: Play around with QWE in an image. smile
