The full report is available from http://www.opera.com/smw/ (English only). In addition to the top global trends and country snapshots, the report highlights trends in Europe and examines countries that may soon become world leaders in mobile Web usage.

Today, Opera issued its "State of the Mobile Web" report for March. Some key elements are:

• 23 million monthly unique users of Opera Mini in March (23,074,633 to be exact), a 12.1% increase from February
• Opera Mini users viewed over 8.6 billion pages in March 2009. Since February, page views have gone up 17.4%
• Since March 2008, page views have increased 255%
• Opera Mini users generated more than 148 million MB of data for operators worldwide. Up 19.3% since February
• Special focus on the use of the mobile Web during a 24-hour period. We looked at traffic patterns for Opera Mini usage during a regular Tuesday (March 17) in our top 10 countries.
