Opera Everywhere - Japanese local photo contest

Hello Choose Opera Members, I am a moderator of Choose Opera Japanese branch. Now we are having a local photo contest the theme is "Opera Everywhere".

Hello Choose Opera Members, I am a moderator of Choose Opera Japanese branch. Now we are having a local photo contest the theme is "Opera Everywhere".

The winner will get a Nintendo DS Lite (Silver) and a DS browser for the prize. Even though the Japanese version DS may not work in outside of Japan, please feel free to submit your nice photos with Opera. You have a right to get it.

At first, prepare something Opera logo

- Opera browser on your screen
- T-shirt, Sticker, Opera goods and etc.
- Download and Print out Opera logo

The theme of this contest

Opera Everywhere

Here are the rules

1. Put any Opera logo on somewhere
2. Take a photo with some another object
3. Upload the photo data to a web site or server
4. Comment the [3.] URL on the topic

Bonus point

If the submitted photo should be on a photo album on my.opera, or Opera Browser group on Flickr, the photo will get a bonus point.

Prize

The 1st place winner will win a Nintendo DS Lite with the Opera browser for DS.

Deadline

Submit your photo by Wednesday, July 18th 24:00 (JPT)

Winners will be announced on Friday, July 20th

You can see the submission of photos which are all in Japanese. Thogh, feel free to submit there in English. Of course, you are welcome from all over the world

Hey, I know for sure that Japanase version of Opera for DS works just fine on devices in UK, so that means it should work anywhere.

That should be fine. We will judge just each photo quality. Sure, you have a chance to win. Hope to see your photos too.

Your idea sounds fine however the deadline had annnounced for everybody that is difficult to reschedule, sorry. Maybe someone should have similar photo contest in the future. Whether or not, please take a photo with your idea.

An airplane shot with an Opera logo photoshopped on the wing or the side of the plane or the engine? Maybe an Opera logo in the clouds?

i cant enter, but try this: make an 'Opera road sign' at a cross road with arrows pointing in different directions. the arrows could have different countries written on them. thus Opera everywhere.
