On Friday after a dust storm, the citizens of Black Rock City witnessed one of the most awesome and beautiful double rainbows that anyone had ever seen. You can see in one of the close ups all of the extra colors that appeared under the main rainbow. Hope these don't take to long to load for those of you that have a slow connection, but it is worth it! The playa only gets about 2 inches of rain per year, which is part of what made this even more extraordinary. It was a unifying event that the whole city felt and will be celebrated in our memories forever.
