Well a crazy thing just happened. A while back I posted a list of people from my past. People I when to 'High School' with when I lived in Montreal. I say 'high school' but in Montreal there is no 'Junior High School'. Grades 7 to 11 are called 'High School'. then - if I remember right - one year of Cégep (which I don't really know what it means) and then off to university. I moved to Saint John at the end of grade 9 so, officially, I have never gone to Junior High School. Like all other provinces (I think) 'high school' starts in grade 10. I think you get the idea.
Anyway, someone from the list emailed me today. HOLLY SHIT! It was very cool. It turns out that she has a different last name - which of course I suspected would contribute to NOT being able to find some people. I wonder how many other might be like this.
So, I wanted to make this post to tell anyone from the list who is reading this blog that emails are welcome. Don't be shy. As said by the friend who emailed me "life's too short to be shy about it."
