Life is like a box of chocolates

Her first show was on Feb 1. Fully booked of course upon invitations: all the important people in Paris on that night were there to admire her three "tableaux" and they all loved it. Her costumes were designed by Elie Saab, her corsets by the respectable Mr Pearl and the shoes by Mr Louboutin himself of course.

Gosh, imagine a girl coming from a small-town in Michigan, a scrawny child without much to speak for, the middle of three girls, and she ends up shaking hands with the rich and famous of this world (even royals!). As she has often said, she was a millions years away thinking this could ever happen to her! And I can believe her!

What a truly fantastic start to the year! On Friday last week I got called by HR to make a long story short that I was no longer wanted in the firm I am working at! Fanfuckingtastic! I have not make any serious mistake likely to result in such dismissal and their reason is basically : personal if that!

So I can say that as far as I am concerned this new year is exceptional! Although hang on, it was nearly two years ago exactly that another wanker gave me the sack for....no bloody reason either! Am I jinxed or something????? It makes you wonder... Of course I have thought of taking them to court so blatantly obvious their reasons lack grounds but I would have too much too loose really to hope to win anything. I have worked for lawyers for 9 years and they are dirty pieces of shit!

Anyway, this new development is casting a distinctly new light on my life at the moment and the near future....still I am looking forward to seeing Dita at the Crazy Horse, barring no more disaster that is....

Oh and in the meantime I have to take my kitten to the vet tomorrow to have the "snip"....(incidentally I have made a new photo album, check it out)
