Opera Mini on mobil actually also offers the fastest internet I have found so far in Kenya. Opera 10 with enabled Turbo could really make a difference over here. But Opera should hurry up, because Kenyans are already excited about getting access to the world wide underwater cable net. Up to now, they either use Satellite (pointless when rainy or cloudy weather) or 3G-mobile network connection (slow and not very reliable).
