Looking forward to equal opportunity for Men

Religion sells out to lying feminist doctrine and dogma....here's an example.

Selling one's soul to feminism is a guaranteed self-delusional experience. One that cannot be justified or neither can it demonstrate any improvement in common sense. Rather, it forces you to lie and continually deny the obvious.

Here we have Josh Harris, a dilusional self-confessed feminist useful idiot.

Are Women finally waking up .....?

Are women finally waking up to the fact that their own behavior and attitudes is fueling the hate against them.
Take a long look at the advantages that women have right now...

Affirmative action, this ensures that women will and by law be given the next job over any male regardless of ability or experience...
This ensures that all major positions in government and it's agencies are forced and willing to employ only women as they are "victimized" and "pathetic little orphans" that must be saved from the beast of "patriarchy".

Women now receive the majority of benefits including Health and Social Security. Men are regarded as an inconvenience and an irrelevance in society, an ATM or wallet to be abused and used by the privilege princess as she seeks her wasteful and selfish way in the universe of shopping and government largesse(generous bestowal of gifts) that MEN are mainly paying for.

Now all this may be just a rage on my part if it were not for a "female" realizing the same...

ARE WOMEN WAKING UP TO THEIR OWN DOOM ?

Are they actually aware of the fact that they are alienating the only person on this planet that can make their life better, happier and more fulfilling....?

Hopefully....

Feminism

A movement or theory supporting women's rights on the grounds of equality of the sexes. This was it's core value yet it became divided with extremists taking over. Some see it for a simple equality while others use it to their full advantage and others become haters of men.

I find it difficult to believe that there are some women out their that can think above their navel.

Bad-tempered women 'can blame it on genes'

By Roger Highfield, Science Editor
Last Updated: 1:56am GMT 10/03/2007

Ever wonder why some women seem to be more ill-tempered than others? The answer may partly lie in their genes, according to a study that suggests a blood test could one day be developed to detect feminine belligerence.

Genes as well as the environment - in the form of provocation, annoyances and miscellaneous bugbears - could have played a role in angry outbursts, say University of Pittsburgh researchers.

They report that anger, hostility and pugnacity may be genetic, rooted in variations in a serotonin receptor gene, that is the gene responsible in the protein that picks up the brain messenger chemical serotonin, one which plays a variety of roles, including in personality disorders. These findings "may aid in establishing a potential marker for certain conditions associated with aggression and anger", the team adds.

Dr Indrani Halder of the Cardiovascular Behavioural Medicine Programme at the University of Pittsburgh, will present the findings at the American Psychosomatic Society's Annual Meeting, held in Budapest, Hungary.

Previous studies have associated the hormone serotonin with anger and aggression in both humans and animals and have shown that increased activity of serotonin is related to a decrease in anger and aggression. In the study being presented by Dr Halder, researchers sought to determine if this relationship was genetically determined.

The study, the first to look at the relationship between variations in the serotonin receptor 2C gene and anger and hostility, focused 550 unrelated women of European descent. In order to find normal variations in genes and behaviour, the women were not prescreened for behavioural type.

Researchers found that those who had one or both of two alterations in the promoter region of the serotonin receptor 2C gene - the part of the gene that turns it on - were more likely to score lower on two common tests for anger, hostility and aggression.

Testing for these markers could have wider implications. "Aggression and hostility are predictors of hypertension, glucose metabolism and heart diseases," said Dr. Halder. "The genetic marker we found for hostility also may be useful for predicting a person's predisposition to such diseases," adding that this will be the subject of follow up studies.

But the work was greeted with some scepticism. "It's wildly premature to envisage the serotonin receptor 2C gene, or any gene, being used as a test for a tendency to angry aggression," commented Prof Terrie Moffitt of the Institute of Psychiatry, London. "However, this study fits another key piece into a thousand-piece jigsaw puzzle: why are extremely emotional people more likely to develop heart disease?"

"Individual differences in aggression and anger are influenced by genes -- as are all personality traits -- but progress in identifying the genes has been slower than researchers expected," added Prof Robert Plomin, deputy director of the Social, Genetic and Development Psychiatry Centre, London. "Thousands of reports of this gene or that gene being related to complex traits or common disorders in the end fail to replicate, not just for behaviour but also for medical problems such as dementia and heart disease." Rather than looking at one gene at a time, most researchers have moved on to more systematic approaches that scan the entire human genetic makeup - genome - with hundreds of thousands of DNA markers, he said.

"In addition, most researchers now assume that we are looking for many genes of small effect which implies that very large samples with many thousands of subjects are needed in order to detect these associations of small effect size."

Prof Plomin is also sceptical. "Because the Halder paper looks at only one gene in a relatively small sample, I bet that this report will join the ranks of thousands of other reports that fail to replicate. On the other hand, in dozens of studies of humans and rodents, serotonin has been shown to play a role in emotional responding so it is not unreasonable to consider DNA variations in the serotonin transporter as a source of individual differences in aggression and anger. I would just need a lot more convincing."

Dr Halder told The Daily Telegraph: "I agree that our study needs replication in larger samples, but a genomic scan does not negate the necessity of testing known candidate genes, one at a time if necessary, to understand exactly how the gene causes/influences a trait. We were not scanning the genome, rather attempting to investigate how variations in one particular gene influence a personality phenotype, based on certain hypotheses regarding the function of the gene."

Boo Hoo, feminism is dead. About time.

Boo Hoo, another member of the feminasty decrying the fact that feminism is in it's last death throes and what a shame.
No more male-hating drivel, no more anti-male propoganda and no more "Women are perfection itself" lies and blatant hypocrisy. Feminism was a joke right from the beginning and it took the men's movement to kill it dead and rightly so. Now all we need to do is change a few laws or a thousand just to give us some equal ground.

Feminism is dead......what a shame !

Pamela Bone: Western sisters failing the fight

* On International Women's Day, where are the protests in our cities against stonings, honour killings or any other persecutions to which women are still subjected
* March 08, 2007

LET it be recorded that in the last decade of the 20th century the brave and great movement of Western feminism ended, not with a bang but with a whimper.
I am trying to work out just when it began to fade away. It was certainly still there in strength in Vienna in 1993, when the World Conference on Human Rights was held. I was there, not as a participant but as a very partisan reporter, cheering on the women from across the world who had been working for years to have the UN recognise women's rights as human rights.

It may surprise some who think feminism is frightfully old-fashioned, that it took until the 1990s for this to happen. "The human rights of women and the girl-child are an inalienable, integral and indivisible part of human rights," the Vienna Declaration proclaimed. It was a time of great triumph. I watched as representatives of some of the most misogynistic governments of the world took their place at the podium to commit to this declaration. They were lying through their teeth, of course, but I didn't know it then.

And it was still strong at the World Conference on Women in Beijing in 1995, where a global sisterhood united to defeat attempts by a curious alliance of Muslim and Christian (mainly Catholic) conservatives to prevent women having control over their own bodies. I was there too.

Beijing was a hard battle. American family associations strongly objected to the term women's and girls' sexual rights. Leaders of Islamic governments objected to the use of the word equal in relation to women's rights, preferring instead equitable. It was equitable that women should inherit half as much as a man, since men were obliged to spend their wealth to support women, they argued.

But we won again.

The Beijing Platform for Action made many important statements about the equality of women, such as: "The human rights of women include their right to have control over and decide freely and responsibly on matters related to their sexuality, including sexual and reproductive health, free of coercion, discrimination and violence."

These were exhilarating times. But between Beijing in 1995 and New York in September 2001 the unity was lost. Somewhere along the line it happened that only one part of that curious Beijing alliance could be seen as the enemy. While a US administration that refused to fund programs against AIDS unless they taught about chastity instead of condoms could rightly be criticised, the mullahs whose abuses of women's rights were very many degrees worse could not.

Was it before or after September 11 that thinkers of the Left - for feminism was a movement of the Left - decided that racism was a far more serious crime than sexism? When did cultural sensitivity trump women's rights? Was it about the time that Australian feminist Germaine Greer defended the practice of female genital mutilation because, as she pointed out, Western women put studs through their nipples and labia?

Consider this: a struggling, screaming little girl is held down by several people (usually women) while another woman cuts through her clitoris and inner labia, with the intention of ensuring this girl will never experience sexual pleasure; and the world's most famous feminist, to whom much is owed, I don't deny, can compare this practice to adult women choosing, for whatever silly reason, to decorate their sexual parts with metal. The UN estimates that three million girls are mutilated every year. It has lately been warning against the medicalisation of the practice: as societies develop, it is being carried out by health professionals, which doesn't make it less of an abuse.

I don't hold much hope on this International Women's Day of seeing big protests in Australian cities against female genital mutilation; or against honour killings, stonings, child marriages, forced seclusion or any of the other persecutions to which women are still subjected. The fire of Western feminism has quietly died away, first as a victim of its success, lately as a victim of cultural relativism, of anti-Americanism and reluctance to be seen to be condemning the enemies of the enemy.

Yet as Western women take their rights for granted, other women are just beginning to demand theirs. There will be marches in Europe this International Women's Day, organised by Muslim (or ex-Muslim) women reformers. They will march through Germany and France to present a grievance to the European Parliament in Brussels, saying that the veil is "a manifestation of political Islam and a symbol of the oppression of women".

In Pakistan, the Prevention of Anti-Women Practices Bill, which would ban forced marriages and give women rights over property, is before the national assembly. In Syria, the murder of a 16-year-old girl by her brother, at her family's request, has prompted a national debate about the leniency shown to perpetrators of honour killings.

In Saudi Arabia, Bill Gates, addressing a recent business seminar, told the segregated audience - women, their faces and bodies shrouded in black, behind a large partition - that the country would not achieve its ambition to become an economic power while it failed to use the talents of half the population. "One side of the audience loved it," he quipped later.

Change is happening. It would be nice to think the women pushing for change had support. Maybe they do and I just don't hear about it. There are organisations, such as the International Women's Development Agency, that work tirelessly for women in poor countries. They'll be getting a donation from me this International Women's Day.

Maybe my report on the death of Western feminism is greatly exaggerated. I hope so. "Don't be so polite, girls!" the old feminists used to sing. "Show a little fight, girls, show a little fight!" And amid the confusion, hold on to what was won in Vienna. Human rights are universal. And women's rights are human rights. Pamela Bone: Western sisters failing the fight

An Astronaut and attempted murderer and homewrecker, not a bad effort for one demented female....

Astronauts suffer “stresses” - women hardest hit...

This is the usual spin that the "feminised media" prefer to take. The poor little woman just could not cut the mustard but rather than declare the truth, they prefer to push the "women are such victims" angle.

Today's media is becoming so boringly obvious.

The attempted murderer and homewrecker...

Here is a really great expose by thurston861.......lead on.

thurston861 said,

Stresses aside, it appears that reports are coming back to my original thesis about women working closely with men over long periods of time.

FoxNews:
“CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. — The star-crossed space cadet who allegedly made it her mission to murder the woman dating her Cape Canaveral crush helped break up his 17-year marriage, his former mother-in-law said yesterday.
Shuttle pilot Bill Oefelein’s ex-wife’s mom claimed yesterday that Lisa Nowak’s gravitations toward the flyboy caused his marriage to crash and burn in 2005.
She said their relationship devastated his wife, Michaella, who filed for divorce, and whom Oefelein had dated since high school.

“She broke my daughter’s heart,” Charlene Davis said by phone from Kona, Hawaii.

Although Davis did not say her son-in-law was having an affair with Nowak, she strongly hinted that an inappropriate relationship had begun between the two married astronauts.
“To infer that she had something to do with breaking up their marriage — well, I’ll let you draw your own conclusions,” Davis said. “He did know her. All these people work very closely together.”

In letters found in Nowak’s car, the crazed moonbat professed her love for the spaceman.
At the same time, though, she told police that they had “more than a working relationship but less than a romantic relationship.”

So she gets caught and lies to the Police. Nice! More ance fenina excusat!

“It is not clear what exactly sent Nowak flying off into the void, but her younger sister, Andrea Rose, said she never recovered from losing three friends in the 2003 Columbia shuttle disaster, which killed seven astronauts.

“We knew Lisa was under a lot of stress,” Rose told People magazine. “But there’s no way of knowing how a particular person will react to stress. We love Lisa and we’re worried about her well-being.”

But NASA Was not.!?! And she just recently flew in 2006!?!?!?!?! (Blinking unctonrolably)

Eh, Houston she’s got a problem. Houston, you are the Problem!

“As the new details emerged, Nowak — a married mother of three, who recently separated from her husband of 19 years, Rich — flew back to Houston.

Upon landing, a police escort whisked Nowak to the Johnson Space Center for the mental and physical examination.”

Errr, it’s a bit late, don’t you think that is a job for the CIVIL Authorities of Earth now, since NASA has been proved now to be psychologically incompetent to identify these things? Duh!

“Nowak’s meltdown stunned everyone who knows her.”

Wait! What? I thought her sister knew she was under stress?

Ending a 19 year marriage…that was not an indication to Houston that she has a problem?

“An Orlando police officer who booked her said she kept saying, “I can’t believe this is happening to me,” as she was being processed.”

Da Nile aint’t just a river flowing through Egypt baby! Oh yes, that is right! I forgot, you are an entitled white witch who just destroyed the hearts of your husband of 19 years, and your three children, another family, because your DUTY to those close to you is not important enough to override your Estrogen Poisoning! Pardon us - ance femina excusat.

“A few times, she told us, ‘I’ve never done anything like this before. I’m really sorry.’ You could tell that she knew she had blown it,” the officer told People magazine.”

How nice, an admission! She was doing something bad and she knew it! Even has the little lady feigning “I’m sorry” line. But all she did was drive 900 miles in a space pamper and assault another woman with pepper spray, armed with rubber tubing to tie her up with! No, she could not have possibly known what she was doing- ance femina excusat.

“Meanwhile, a terrified Shipman — who in her order of protection alleges that Nowak has been stalking her for two months — has gone into hiding.”

As she said to the cops, “…never done anything like this before.” Certainly not! The prior two months of activity were stalking, being parked for hours on stake out while wearing a space pamper, when the previous few hours were a terrestrial mission driving while wearing a space pamper stalking at in international airport and assaulting the target.

Reconoitre and Attack, Completely different things to an F/A-18 Pilot!

“She’s(Shipman) a very pleasant person and now everyone knows her. She feels very violated,”

Woman violates Woman! Think it will make the feminista victim of the day news?

“At Shipman’s old high school in Monaca, Pa, school superintendent Edward Elder, who is related to Shipman’s grandmother, called her “perky, bouncy and compassionate.”
“If you wanted a profile of ‘the girl next door,’ that would be Colleen,” Elder said.

Aside from Elder sounding like a dirty old man who remembers Shipman’s breats (perky and bouncy) fondly…

There you have it, her love interest (Space Studmuffin)went for the girl next door 13 years her junior.

A typical woman scorned:

1. pulls a middle aged guy away from his childhood sweet heart and a marriage of over a decade with a couple of kids,

2. Destroys her own family of 17 years

3. carries the usual self deluded notion that she has found something true when all of the facts of Space Studmuffin walking away from a life long relationship and two hero adoring children prove otherwise,

4. he goes for the girl next door displaying her assets named bouncy and perky, and:

5. whiz bang boom to the moon, guess who is crazy as a loon?

It must be me, because I do not see any of this appearing to be realted to the Columbia Disaster.

“Meanwhile, Jon Clark, a former NASA flight surgeon stands by Nowak.
“She was the epitome of managing a very hectic career, making sacrifices to accommodate her family,” he said.
“All those stresses can conspire to be overwhelming. Clearly, she suffered a lot of mental anguish.”

What?! Sacrifices to accommodate her family? Excuse me? How did she do that and still end up in space?! Not to mention that family a primary duty and obligation of a marriage, which is the first duty (mission) of a person who is married.

Since I am confused she must be confused even more so. Must be that feminista tripe that NASA Flight surgeons have been spewing “sacrifices for family”…!? (head shaking like being round housed)

No wonder she is “stressed”, “overwhelmed”, and mentally suffering, Her life telemetry guidance system has been fed conflicting data!

“He chided the space agency for not doing enough to monitor the mental health of its astronauts.
“They don’t have to have any evaluation before or after a mission. It is only when something catastrophic happens that this ever comes to light,” said Clark.
NASA plans to review its psychological screening process, and recommendations for changes could be issued as early as June, said NASA official Shana Dale.”

Oh my Gosh! Something that we can ALL agree on and does not sound confusing!

Maybe they will discover that women are too unstable in stressful situations (why mothers kill their children more often than fathers), and this advancement of science and the space program can become a new technology that can reach the stressful environs of Courtrooms and Judicial Benches in America’s Family Courts?

“She said the agency does not usually “meddle” in the astronauts’ private lives, but “we expect [them] to conduct themselves in a way that does not bring any dishonor to the space program.”

That is why you have been covering up their divorces and affairs all of these years?

This is why you have ignored Shipman’s complaints of stalking for two months?

Looks like meddling time has long since passed… Ya think?!

Makes me wonder if Andrea Yates was collateral damage to the Feminista/Logic Free zone/Black Hole of Houston Center.

Feminist lies make bad laws..............

Feminist tactics...

1. Portray feminism as being altruistic, and something that plays an important part in the democratic process. Then accentuate any injustice or hardships being endured by females, while ignoring any injustice or hardships being endured by males.

2. Highlight any advantages or successes of feminism, while hiding the many disadvantages and failures. State that feminism has given women more choice, while hiding the fact that so many women are now welfare dependant, and have very little choice.

3. Attempt to portray females positively, by portraying males negatively. This enables females to appear superior to males, without having to provide direct proof.

4. Accentuate or publicise any wrongdoing by a male, or attempt to portray this male as being representative of all males. Ignore any wrongdoings by a female, or state that it was caused by a male.

5. Portray women as being perpetually disadvantaged and victimised, as this helps prevent any unwanted criticism of women, and makes it easier for women to get more money. Ignore the fact that many women have now become highly dependant upon these sources of money.

6. Use highly biased studies and statistics to positively portray women. This normally involves “interviewing the cat and not the dog” type studies that result in biased conclusions, or it involves suppressing or ignoring any study that gives negative conclusions regards women.

7. Make continuous and repetitive use of the term “women and children”, but never the term “men and children”. This helps to create a belief that men cannot be proper parents, and men cannot be with children.

8. Blame males for as many problems as possible, as this transfers responsibility for those problems onto males, and hides the fact that females may be partly or fully responsible for those problems occurring. Transferring responsibility also relieves females from having to find workable solutions to those problems.

9. Exaggerate! Begin by saying that certain situations occur sometimes, and then increase this to often, then most of the time, then all the time (EG. “All Men are Liars”, “All Men are Rapists”, “All Men are Wife and Child Bashers” etc). Include boys as well (EG. “Boys are Stupid, Throw Rocks at Boys”, “Boys are Smelly” etc).

10. Proclaim the necessity for equal opportunity at work, while being highly selective on where women should work. This helps ensure that women undertake the more desirable types of work.

11. State that women are highly maternalistic and greatly concerned about children. Then ignore the fact that many women have become very materialistic and highly preoccupied with self. Ignore the fact that children are being increasingly raised by the state, in state funded child minding centres, schools etc.

12. Portray women as being the “family makers” and greatly concerned about family life. Ignore the fact that many families are now being broken up by women in an endeavour to find greater self-fulfilment outside of family life. Ignore the fact that any self-fulfilment outside of family life, is usually much less than what can be found within family life, and the breaking up of families normally affects the lives of many other people, particularly those of children.

13. Attribute social problems to patriarchy, while ignoring the fact that that most societies have developed from patriarchy. Ignore the fact that very little is known about matriarchal societies, as most have disintegrated so rapidly.

14. Teach feminism to the young, as this helps to perpetuate feminism. The young are more gullible and easier to indoctrinate, and by the time they are old enough to realise the deceptions, another generation would have been indoctrinated in the interim.

15. Dismiss or ignore any criticism of feminism, but if a reply to criticism does become necessary, then make liberal use of one-line put downs (EG. “Grow up”, “Get a life”, “You have to be kidding”, “Get real” etc), or include the term “domestic violence legislation” to try and silence any further criticism. Label any correspondence that is critical of feminism as being “hate mail”, so there is minimal obligation to reply.

16. State that women have a right to speak their minds, then oppose any male who speaks his mind regards feminism or the modern woman. Label this male as being sexist, chauvinistic, or belonging to a radical men’s group.

17. Oppose any stereotyping or vilification of the female gender, then attempt to stereotype and vilify the male gender as much as possible. If a male questions this hypocrisy, then state that any stereotyping or vilification was only a joke, and feminism is actually altruistic, and plays an important part in the democratic process.

WELL-BEHAVED DOES NOT EQUAL INTELLIGENT
Another chestnut from The Australian newspaper.

On the 15th of January of 2001, I stumbled upon a piece of blatant sexism by Susan Mitchell in The Australian newspaper, titled, "Let's face it: women are decidedly brighter". She begins with, "It is perhaps time to admit something that has been staring us in the face. No one has been game enough to spell it out. Let's tell the truth and admit that women are more intelligent than men."

She continued with the predictable references to women's maturity, better behavior and superior performance at school. Whilst, from one perspective, my first impulse was to want to agree with her - after all, the gullible men of today are letting feminists get away with this sort of nonsense - my commonsense prevailed, and I penned the following reply for the "Letters to the editor" section. Again another masterpiece vanishing into cyberspace, only to reappear here for your reading pleasure:

INTELLIGENT FEMINISTS?

Susan Mitchell's recent contribution (The Australian, 15 January) raises questions about the nature of intelligence. Girls do indeed do better than boys in today's namby-pamby, touchy-feely curricula that discourage competition, to emphasize "facilitation" and cooperation. This is hardly a sign of intelligence. Indeed, one could argue that having a prefrontal lobotomy might be more conducive to the mind-numbing conformity required of what passes for curricula these days.
Conformity is not the same thing as intelligence.

And how does "maturity" relate to intelligence? If, by girls maturing earlier than boys we mean that girls are more inclined to conform to socially acceptable norms of behavior, well, once again, we would do well to ask what on earth proper behavior has to do with intelligence. People shielded from the expectations of saying or doing much of anything have little to be responsible for. Privileged, protected and provided for, they do not have to put themselves on the line, to risk revealing their more vulnerable sides. Without ever having to confront anything more challenging than having to decide between brands of hairspray, of course one is less likely to make mistakes and, ipso facto, appear more "mature". In this context, we might regard sheep as being more mature than either men or women.

Locking oneself out of hotel rooms? Again, similar argument - well-behaved conformists reveling in detail are less likely to lock themselves out of rooms, while absent-minded geniuses are more likely to do so. Far be it for me to suggest that managers are anything on a par with geniuses. But I'm sure we get the point.

Chivalrists have long succeeded in conning everyone as to the superiority of men over women, all the while protecting and providing for women at every turn (does anyone else see the contradiction?). Now it's feminists' turn. But as feminism is just chivalry demanded by feminists (rather than chivalry bestowed by men), it is similarly sexist, and it is now feminists who are trying to pull the same stunt. But instead of running to protect men and to provide for men, feminists are treating men rather more differently. On this point alone, I agree with Mitchell - for surely, is not men's willing complicity in their own oppression, as perpetrated by feminists, an indication of their own stupidity and gullibility?

Whose baby? Law must decide
By Sophie Mirabella

For those who can, having a child is probably the most important thing they
will ever do in their life.

Quite rightly, myriad laws impose legal and financial obligations on parents.

The public reaction to the recent case of Magill v Magill has rightly
centred on the need to remove any obstacles preventing an alleged parent
from ascertaining whether they are the parent of a child.

In an era of unobtrusive DNA testing, common sense should prevail to allow
an alleged parent the automatic right to have access to modern technology
to ascertain the parentage of a child.

Currently, an alleged father's obligation to pay child support and the
distribution of assets following a family break-up is determined by
reference to various factors, including the number of their children.

If alleged fathers can have DNA testing as early as possible, it may avoid
unnecessary emotional trauma and a man being required to make payments
under a mistake.

At present, where DNA testing proves a child was not fathered by the man
alleged, judicial discretion can still prevent him from later recovering
child support and other amounts mistakenly paid or given over.

Under the present system, a mother can place an obstacle in the path of an
alleged father by not giving her consent for a DNA test.

The mother should not be permitted to hinder the process because she will
often have a vested interest in seeking to prevent the DNA testing.

Recent cases have shown there is reluctance on the part of judges to grant
men permission for DNA testing.

This is often under the justification that it is not in the best interests
of the child to ascertain with certainty who the father of the child is.

This logic is totally flawed.

There can be no doubt it is in a child's interest to know who their
biological parents are. It is an essential part of any person's identity.

The case of Magill v Magill has not only excluded men, who have been
deceived about parentage from suing a former partner for such deceit, it
goes further.

The no-fault provisions of divorce would appear to have been used to
justify permitting a man to be deceived and continue to be deceived as to
paternity.

Non-disclosure of adultery should not be held more important than
prevention of emotional and financial damage inflicted upon a man who has
been deceived into believing he is the father of a child.

There are no consequences for a woman deceiving a man in such a cruel way.

This approach will only encourage the Family Court to be even more
reluctant to exercise its discretion to allow an alleged father access to
DNA testing.

It has even been put to me that if we allow alleged fathers to have such
easy access to DNA testing, they will not be liable to pay child support
and the Government will have to pick up the bill.

This of all the arguments is the most morally bankrupt.

A GOVERNMENT should not shift the cost of raising a child on to a man just
because he had a relationship with, or was married to a woman, who had a
child that was not his.

Having said that, if DNA testing were readily available, I suspect a
significant majority of alleged fathers would choose not to access it and
that would be their choice.

It's time for the relevant laws to be changed to reflect fairness and
common sense.
