I worked in the woods today on my walking path

This is my first try at adding pictures. As I can not see them, I will describe them in the order I uploaded them.
On the six AM news show this morning the weather man was reporting another day of HEAT and spotty rain chances. I decided that I was going to turn the "boob tube" off, get dressed in my "jungle gear" and mosey into the woods and start clearing the last leg of my walking path before it got to oppressively hot.
Now, least anyone forget, I am retired. I do not work anymore; I merely exercise to keep my lipids confused and my heart pumping as hard as it will go without me passing out. So since my project is not work, the first thing I haul to the job site is my "throne" and a bottle of water. (Picture 1.)
Then I trudge back to the garage and get my nippers, clippers and bow saw and carry them back to the job site. (Picture 2) shows you what it looks like down there in the swamp; what I must cut a path through. I moved along at my pace. First, snipping brier vines off close to the ground, so I could pull them out of the trees. Then I could move around a bit, so I started sawing down the trees I wanted down, cut them up and stacked them. Last, I took my clippers and started cutting down the saplings and any vines I had missed.
(Picture 3) shows you what it looks like after few hours. It is about three quarters complete. I was tired and decided to do something else less strenuous. I can finish it tomorrow.
This is the west end of my land; I never cut a path down there that you could walk on, but I did clear the north and south sides about three or four years ago. When I am done, I will have about a mile to walk and not have to worry about dogs or speeding cars.
